Certification Mechanism

PROJECT SUBMISSION

A starter project in Kotlin is provided and you are required to complete or fix the code according to the given tasks, such as displaying data, creating notifications, fixing bugs, and performing testing within 8 hours.

ASYNC INTERVIEW

After completing the project, you will answer 5 questions designed to test your understanding of the project, including the project theme, component functions, and other technical aspects.

Knowledge

This certification can be taken by participants who have basic knowledge related to Android. Starting from designing UI applications  with XML, displaying data from databases, creating scalable code with Architecture Component, scheduling background tasks, and creating tests.

The certification consists of a project submission and final interview in English.

Currently, certification is only available in the Kotlin programming language.

Are certifications available in languages other than English?

Currently, certification projects and final interviews are only available in English.

What happens if I don't complete the project submission within 10 hours?

You have 10 hours to complete the project. If you finish earlier, you can submit the project right away. If the 10 hours expires and you haven't submitted the project, the certification is considered failed.

Can I retake the certification if I don't pass?

If you don't pass the certification, you can take the next certification after 14 days.

How long is the certification valid?

The certification is valid for 3 years from the date of passing.
